Strength
This program is designed for guys looking to exceed their expectation under or above the bar. You want to get seriously strong and smash some new PBs in the basic compound strength movements, whilst also building a substantial amount of muscle mass.
Fitness

The amount of injuries that occur through insufficient mobility is crazy, the amount of people doing exercises way out of their scope of mobility is also very common which is why I want to prepare you.
