This just about sums up my approach of coaching, I aim to teach not, not dictate.

You’re going to learn the basics around nutrition and training but also get access to exclusive modules addressing specific areas of adherence which I’ve found people struggle the most with. 

After this 6 week course you’re going to be fully clear about your journey & the process.

Throughout this course, you’re going to learn a lot. You’ll learn how to strategise your nutrition according to your social plans, without negatively impacting your lifestyle. 

You’re going to get serious strength, fitness & muscle gains over the next 6 weeks if you follow the training plan – by my calculations: an 8-12% strength increase for most people is highly possible.

If applying the nutrition, training & lifestyle goals correctly, a 5-8% body fat decrease is attainable for most people.

The gym is preferred for optimal results in training, but it’s most certainly not required, check out my testimonials & transformations which were actually acquired during quarantine 2020.
